I love this book series for my two daughters. I love exposing them to the genre of biographies and of people who are everyday heroes for them to be inspired by.

This book is honestly soooo good. It had a very different ending than I would’ve been expected, but it was still really good. My thoughts on the book before reading, and then after are so different. I’m about to start the second book, and I can’t wait.

The Invisible Life Of Addie Larue

This book has officially reinstated my love for reading. As someone who hasn’t been an avid reader for years, the book honestly seemed a little daunting at first; it was lengthy, but I soon realized it was rightfully so. The beginning started off a little slow, but 300 years requires a lot of backstory, and it ended up building a solid foundation for an incredible story. Once the plot started to get messy, I became absorbed in the characters and the poetry. In fact, I put off reading the final chapters because I wasn’t ready for it all to end. If you’re looking for something beautiful and existential, for something that will make your head spin, and for something that feels disgustingly and uncomfortably real, I urge you to read The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue. 5/5 ??
